What the petition asks
We cannot allow a vote by 0.3% of the electorate decide whether to leave the EU without a deal. We must call a general election to ensure that a government with a sufficient mandate is elected to make these changes to our lives and those of the rest of Europe and the World.
I have taken a voting populace of 46.8 million from the electoralcommission.org website and a voter turnout of 140000 for the conservative leadership contest.
