Petition · past parliament

We the people demand a General Election before the 31st October.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

There is overwhelming evidence that a large number are unhappy with the current Government and wish to give other parties an opportunity to rescue what many believe to be a catastrophic failing by the incumbent Government. From before Brexit the British people have been lied to over and over.
The current Government have:
a) Failed in their ability to secure a trade deal - EU
b) Refused to allow the people to vote on how and if they still want to leave the EU
c) Undemocratically elected a PM who is allegedly unfit for purpose with his remarks regarding ethnic minorities, gays and women. His language is frankly from another era and has no place in a modern, progressive and inclusive Britain.
d) Refused to refocus on environmental issues
e) Threaten a no deal when leaving the EU
