We want the local council to fund the graveyard (friends of Blackburn cemetery)

We are part of NCS and it's come to our attention that the local cemetery is being neglected and vandalised. We plan to raise awareness for this cause in our campaign to save the graveyard.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is the responsibility of your local council.
