What the petition asks

There are many people who suffer from F.n.d/nead who have been turned down by the D.W..p for pip as they don't no much about the condition.People who are diagnosed with these conditions and then given pip are only given three yrs then has too be reassessed.This can lead to very stressful times

F.n.d is a condition that can effect people in many different ways some can be disabled others can have mild symptoms.D.w.p could ask the claimant to fill in the form and send them a medicall letter from there gp telling the D.WP what your condition is like now,Dwp can check with Dr if they need anymore.This should be enough proof for the D.w.p to Make there mind up and also it will save thousands of pounds on cost of appeals and also the stress that it puts on the claimant and there family .
