What the petition asks

Save Cheltenham General Hospital A&E from closing because the nearest hospital is 10 miles away in Gloucester.

Local people need this A&E department in CGH, Gloucester is busy enough already, adding patients to this by closing Cheltenham A&E will only cause more pain, suffering or unnecessary death and expense of discharged in the early hours, a taxi from GRH back to Cheltenham is around £25/£30.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
