Stop the PM from carrying out the 'gravest abuse of power in living memory'

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Mr Johnson has repeatedly refused to rule out prorogation if MPs try to stop him taking the UK out of the EU without a deal. It now looks like he will ask the Queen to suspend parliament to try and force through a no deal Brexit which only a small minority of the country supports.
Here's polling that shows that leaving without a deal is a minority held wish: https://whatukthinks.org/eu/questions/if-there-was-a-referendum-tomorrow-with-the-option-of-accepting-the-governments-brexit-agreement-or-leaving-the-eu-without-a-deal-which-would-you-support-2-3/

Claims that no deal was discussed during the referendum are hard to find: https://www.channel4.com/news/factcheck/factcheck-we-cant-find-evidence-that-dominic-raab-warned-of-no-deal-brexit
