What the petition asks
This Parliament has had 3 years to deliver the people's vote to leave the EU and has failed to so so despite invoking Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty. As the present composition of Parliament opposes the will of the people it should be prorogued to allow Brexit to take place without further delay.
