Collect the bin's weekly instead of once every 2 weeks.

People that i know including myself are having problems involving maggots in our bins. For 2 weeks the rubbish stays in our bins which then starts to attract maggots and other insects. The other reason is that our bin's get fulled in a week. Also Luton was much cleaner when bin collection was weekly
