if no brexit before an election is called, people must vote on both at election

What the petition asks

After 3 years and as a result of Parliament failing to agree the best course of action, its proposed that if theres still impasse by the date a new general election is called,a 2nd ballot be placed within the voting papers to ask the electorate,at the same time, whether they wish to still leave the EU
This time the vote must be binding and all sides have to accept it. Doing it this way will be significantly cheaper, will mean less inconvenience to voters, will increase turnout and will provide elected MPs valuable information relating to what their own constituents actually want. The electorate has a right to change its mind. A lot can change in 4 years, the political make up of Parliaments can completely change and so can the view of those who voted in the referendum to leave the EU.
