What the petition asks

Silencing parliament is not democratic. We have only three options that are actually available, not promised fiction. Let us choose democratically. Hold a first past the post referendum with the options:
[ ] Leave the EU without a deal
[ ] Leave the EU on the negotiated deal
[ ] Stay in the EU

Why it was rejected
