Access to work application process needs addressing

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

DWP have taken the approach to redraw third party consent within the access to work process which is a life line to people with disabilities.

Some people have learning disabilities and their concept of understanding isn't board enough when it comes to making decision.
Retracting third party consent is only damaging the hopes of sustainable employment for persons of disability.

Help me help change the process and make it user friendly.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do to change the Access to Work process.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
