Petition · past parliament

Hold another referendum to see whether the people still want to leave the EU.

What the petition asks

The country is in chaos, nobody knows what's going on and parliament has become a free-for-all. It's fair to say that this is not what the people wanted when they voted for Brexit in 2016. The Brexit campaign was built on lies and speculation. The government should hold a second referendum on Brexit
"We must honour democracy."
Going back to the people and finding out what they want is the definition of democracy.

We now have an unelected Prime Minister who has divided the country, parliament, his party and his family. The EU has made it clear that we will not be coming out with a good deal. No one in our government is capable of negotiating an attractive deal for the people.

ASK THE PEOPLE IF THEY WANT BREXIT.
