What the petition asks

Given the failure of Parliament over Brexit and the national humiliation they have caused, every sitting MP (as of September 2019) should be barred from holding public office again, so that after the next election we have a completely fresh intake.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Change the way parliament works so that MPs' role is not a career.
