What the petition asks
It has been reported that some MPs from all parties have been traveling around Europe to meet EU and European Ministers in an effort to come to an agreement on terms to extend Article 50 once the latest deadline has been reached on 31st October 2019 . This has been done outside Government auspices

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
It's not the Government's or Parliament's responsibility to investigate meetings MPs may have had. In any case, it's a matter for individual MPs to decide who they meet.
