Teach benefits of plant-based diets as part of the national curriculum

What the petition asks
Meat production and consumption has animal welfare, environmental and health implications. A plant-based diet can be healthy for us, animals and our environment.
Schools educate children how to be healthy, including meat/dairy in their diets. But we need to include education about factory farming, environmental impacts and how to be healthy on a plant-based diet. Plant-based diets are already becoming popular but by teaching this in schools, our children would get the proper education needed to create a more promising future for ALL animals, the environment and themselves. Change starts with education.
