What the petition asks

People generally vote for a person representing a party. So when they leave that party they should leave seat and need to be re elected in the new party.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Politicians who changes parties should have to go through a new By Election.
