What the petition asks

MTR is majority owned(75%)by the HK SAR gov, are strongly influenced by the Communist Party in China. Recent events in Hong Kong have shown they respond to political pressures from Beijing, their actions and inactions have caused disruptions and demonstrated disregard for public safety.
