Petition · past parliament
Impeach the prime minister if he ignores a new no-deal Brexit law.

What the petition asks
I do believe that the prime minister must obey the law and ask for additional extension for the Brexit process.
The prime minister is not going to ask EU to extend the Brexit date and that is unlawful action.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
It would be a matter for the courts to decide if the law had been broken.
