Give Public power to recall MPs to protect democracy and prevent tyranny

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

The last 3 years have shown, the 5 year Parliament act and recall of Mps act 2015 have combined to create a tyrannous parliament. Where MPs can ignore their constituents without repercussions for 5 years. Many MPs have lied and deceived the public to get elected then betrayed their constituents.
In light of the unconstitutional behavior of our current MPs it has shown the people must have the recourse to recall MPs who ignore their constituents. 5 years of parliament without the people having any recourse to remove MPs is nothing short of tyranny. Democracy must be restored and it must begin with the accountability of elected MPs
