To compel Mars Ltd. to re-introduce Spangles in all of the original flavours

What the petition asks
Mars Ltd. stopped making Spangles sweets in the early 1980's without any consultation with the public. I want the government to pass an act that forces Mars to start making Spangles again. Oh, and while we're at it tell Cadbury's to start making Bar 6 chocolate biscuits again too.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
