What the petition asks
National Service should without doubt be brought back into effect. It would take young people off of the streets, away from drugs and crime. It would also install a sense of discipline, something that a lot of the younger generation don't have.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
