MP's that change party mid term should lose their seat until a by-election

What the petition asks

They should lose their seat because their constituents voted them on a party manifesto they no longer stand for. The elected party should put in a temporary candidate until a by-election is held whereby people can vote for their old MP if they so wish or their party of choice.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Politicians who changes parties should have to go through a new By Election.
