What the petition asks

During the weekend of 2/3rd June 2019 my beautiful niece Samantha June Phillips took her own life. Three years earlier Sam had a stillborn baby girl, lack of support, lack of counselling was a critical part of the events that lead to her death.

A beautiful young woman, Samantha had everything she wanted except for a baby of her own. Early 2016 Sam announced she was pregnant, but sadly just a few months later was told her that her baby’s heart had stopped. Sam would have to go through an induced labour to give birth. On 8th October 2016 Sam delivered a baby girl, who never opened her eyes, never drew breath. Willow Jayne Dawes was born a ‘sleeping angel’ She was perfect in every way she just did not live and just 3 years later she (Sam) chose to join her daughter.
