Free TfL travel for London Ambulance Service personnel
Rejected
10 signatures
What the petition asks
The LAS struggles to recruit staff because of the high cost of living in London, which is exacerbated by travel costs. Considering the health benefit of having ambo personnel on the transport network, would you consider giving parity with the Met Police & agree to grant free travel to LAS staff?
Metropolitan Police personnel have free travel access across the London transport network, as TfL believes that it provides an additional security measure on the transport network.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
