Automatically deport all migrants who commit crime

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Criminals are not welcome here. What happens to them afterwards as a result of being deported is their problem not ours. No ifs No buts NO EXCEPTIONS.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
At the moment the Government already has to issue a deportation order in respect of a foreign criminal unless there's a good reason not to, such as where the UK has signed a treaty saying that they won't. You can find out more about that here:

We aren't sure what changes you would like the Government to make to these current rules.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
