What the petition asks
TfL should provide automatic refunds for passengers who are entitled to compensation for a delay on the London Underground.
Many Train Operating Companies in the UK offer automatic compensation for delays, commonly known as 'Automatic Delay Repay'.

TfL can use their records of journey information (from Oyster card/Contactless Payments), together with recorded delays to calculate which passengers are owed money and how much.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be a decision for Transport for London, which is accountable to the London Assembly, rather than the UK Government or Parliament.
