Petition · past parliament
The Prime Minister should resign due to his views on the Supreme Court.

What the petition asks
The Supreme Court judgement on Mr Johnson's advice to the Queen was unanimous. He has now publicly stated that he does not see the judgement as right, and that he disagrees with it. It is not appropriate to have a Prime Minister of the UK who takes such a view of a unanimous Supreme Court judgement.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The resignation of the Prime Minister would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or Parliament, you could start a petition about that.
