What the petition asks
The Supreme Court has judged the Government, under the instructions of Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson acted unlawfully in proroguing Parliament, and this was done to prevent Parliament from scrutinising the Government, and as such he clearly an unfit person to hold the office of Prime Minister.
The law of the land applies to everyone. No person, no MP, no Prime Minister under normal circumstances would be able to keep his/her job after being found guilty of unlawful practice and misleading Parliament and even the Queen. Johnson should be removed from office immediately.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
We can't accept petitions about honours or appointments, which includes calling for someone to lose their job.
