What the petition asks
The Supreme Court has recently ruled against The Queen and Her Majesty's Government on a political issue of vital national importance. On that account, the Supreme Court is not fit for purpose and must be abolished.
The Supreme Court is a recent creation, formed in 2009, yet in its ruling on the 24th of September 2019 interfered in an active political issue and has shown no regard for the expressed will of the British people.
In light of these comprehensive failings, the court must be abolished and its powers returned to the Lords of Appeal in Ordinary.
