What the petition asks

In the recent Supreme Court Ruling in R (on the application of Miller) (Appellant) v The Prime Minister (Respondent) the case was heard by all 11 Justices of the Supreme Court. Not one of them declared any interests in the EU.

Interests include receiving any monies, Grants/Payments/Pensions

Their Justices should have been aware that the British public would be likely to see this as Brexit related. Not one of the Justices declared a personal interest in the case such as owning property in the EU, either outright or under a trust or other agreement or employing EU staff at a payment rate below the National Minimum Wage or in receipt now or in the past of EU grants or payments or a pension either in payment or due at a later date.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
