The Lisbon Treaty will facilitate the pursuit of a Single Market in Defence led by the EU. The creation of a major Defence budget, where UK finances may be diverted away from UK. Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) – structures that duplicate and will rival NATO. No control of our Military.
