Make night shift premium pay hours 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

What the petition asks
Hourly premium rate being changed from 10p.m.- 6a.m. to midnight - 5a.m, resulting in a cut in wages.
Colleagues are not agreeing to this, but are being forced to sign the contract or lose their job. A night shift should be defined and not be able to be changed by an employer to save money.

Everyone defines a nightshift as 10p.m. to 6a.m.
Anyone who works these hours usually get paid a premium because they are UNSOCIAL HOURS.
But some employers are picking up on loopholes and and reducing the premium rate hours, so although one will work from 10p.m.- 6a.m.
the employee will only get the premium rate from Midnight - 5a.m.
