Motorists are not resting at service stations due to parking charges.
With the accident rate rising, motorway information boards saying don't drive when tired
It seems counter productive to have a 2 hour limit on parking at service stations. Lots of drivers will not stop and rest due to the fear of oversleeping.
Service Stations are built to provide a rest area for motorists charging for parking defeats this.
