What the petition asks
It is time to take action against Activist Groups such as Extinction Rebellion.
The so called ecowarrior group Extinction Rebellion has once more caused disruption to the streets of London. They have blocked streets in the name of "Climate Emergency".
The so called ecowarrior group Extinction Rebellion has once more caused disruption to the streets of London. They have blocked streets in the name of "Climate Emergency".
They have stated that whilst they would allow ambulances through to hospitals in an emergency, they would not guarantee any other patients would gain access. Earlier this year, they prevented a person visiting a loved one who was dying. Sadly, they missed their loved one's death.
They have no respect for people who need urgent access to hospitals.
We believe it is time the law was strengthened to ban Activist Groups from being able to shut down and disable city transport networks.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The police already have powers to stop protests using the Public Order Act.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
