What the petition asks
The House of Lords have shown for the last 3years since the referendum that they are a majority of pro European Union, undemocratic and NOT impartial,against Brexit and against the will of the people.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
