Freeze TfL fares until they provide seamless service (no delays).

What the petition asks
The Mayor of London has frozen TfL fares until 2020. Commuters are already paying extortionate amounts for a service that doesn't work and is consistently late.
If TfL ever do consider increasing their fares again, they should be providing oustanding service, with no delays or "signal failures".

New trains are being added to the London underground in 2024. A long way away from the un-freezing of fares.
