I want clear guidelines and care for people with EDS and better pain management

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

I am 32 years old by 23 I had seen 16 consultants up and down the country who all said the pain was in my head. I ended up having to go private to get my diagnosis at great expense. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE THE CASE!
Medical cannabis has proven to work for pain management I myself have come off 200mg of morphine per day and oramorph PRN with the help of THC and CBD again at great expense. Please help all the children who's parents get parenting classes or have their child taken away because of this condition and the ignorance of the NHS and social services. Awareness even for rheumatologists is extremely poor I saw 3 with no outcome please help us, we need you to stand up for our right to be treated fairly.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

We think this petition is similar:

Inquiry into treatment of Ehlers Danlos patients and it’s comorbidities

You could start a new petition calling the legalising of cannabis for the treatment of all medical conditions, if that's something you'd like to see happen.
