What the petition asks

As per the democratic vote in 2016 to leave the EU. We were promised a date in 2019 to leave the EU.
The deadline for this has now come and gone several times. If this was a business transaction there would have been penalties for this delay.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
