Make it mandatory for schools to have recycling policy in place

What the petition asks
In many schools there is no recycling infrastructure. This causes tons of waste, sent directly to landfill, when it could be recycled.
Budget cuts to schools in the area have left schools financially unable to fund recycling projects. We aim to change this, to make it mandatory for schools to have recycling policy in place. Epically in this fragile environmental climate, its of the utmost importance for everyone to play their role, help us, help the environment.
