give equal rights to open university students to get maintenance loans from sfe

What the petition asks
The Open University (OU) students do not get the same access to a maintenance loan from sfe as other students. The only way OU students can get a maintenance loan is if they are disabled, for all of those who are not disabled, they are automatically denied.
Those who study with the open university in wales do not have this restriction. I want to get these equal rights for everyone else who studies in the UK.
These equal rights would enable people in a position who cannot get to a university due to commitments i.e family and/or work to be able to undertake a university course without the worries of finance.
