What the petition asks

John Bercow has been an exceptional Speaker of House of Commons. Keeping order in house and upholding democracy.
John Bercow was elected Speaker on 22nd June 2009. He was re-elected, unopposed, three times, following the general elections in 2010, 2015 and 2017.

Someone who has ten years service to the country in office of Speaker deserves to receive the traditional knighthood.
