Change the law covering sale of services to preclude "automatic renewal clause"

What the petition asks
Make it illegal for companies to include an automatic renewal clause in their conditions of contract thus placing the responsibility for cancellation on the purchaser
The renewal clauses are often hidden in the small print and purchasers are obliged to accept all clauses before an order from them is accepted.
The elderly and vulnerable must find it difficult to identify these clauses and after the initial contract period has ended may not realise they are still paying for a service which they believe has come to an end
