What the petition asks
The current justice system needs to be reviewed to ensure equal rights for the accused as well as accuser, whilst also being achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
This needs to be done to help prevent innocent people being convicted of false allegations for malicious reasons or simply to get compensation.
The amount the government could save just by the Police and CPS doing the job properly in a fair and impartial manner, rather than to meet targets would be much more beneficial. People are losing faith in the Justice system.
