Release The official research on the characteristics of grooming gangs

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

We would like The Full official research on the characteristics of grooming gangs Released to the Public and openly debated in parliament.

it was claimed this was not in the public's interest when the protection of their children is the greatest interest of parents up and down this country
The government has refused to release the findings of an official review into grooming gang Scandals Involving up to 19,000 victims estimates claim. This is a national embarrassment and cannot be allowed to continue under a government that calls itself the peoples government.

In response to a freedom-of-information request filed by the Independent, the Home Office has said releasing the information at this time would not be in the ‘public interest’. This petition proves that claim wrong
