Make the death penalty an option where intent to kill can be proven

What the petition asks
Life has become too cheap and people in this country don't have enough protection from people who take life with no consequence or regret
The option of the death penalty should be available to the courts in extreme circumstances where it can be proved the person or persons have killed with intent and planned to kill.
It is my hope that having this law in place will make individuals reconsider any action that will cause death to others knowing they can pay the price with their own life.
This law would not be used in cases of accidental death but more for situations where an individual uses a weapon or device for example with intent, and it can be proven.
