Ban spitting in the street especially in light of the covid-19 threat

What the petition asks
Spitting in the streets is a major problem in the UK and it needs to be banned as it is in places like Singapore and Hong Kong
Spitting is unsightly, makes our streets dirty but more importantly contributes to the spread of airborne diseases and those that spread through body fluids
