Restore the concept of Free Speech and abolish hate speech laws.

What the petition asks
The concept of hate speech and hate incidents should be abolished and free speech enhanced as absolute fundamental right. Written or verbal expression of political or personal opinion, no matter how offensive others may find it, should therefore be made immune from any form of prosecution.
If free speech is to mean anything then it must be allowed without fear of persecution or censorship by the state, such as it is under the First Amendment to the United States constitution. People should not have to fear the state or their employers taking action against them simply because they disapprove of their political opinions being expressed.
