Please allow veterinarians to use emergency lights when attending emergencies

What the petition asks

I want the government to pass a law that allows veterinarians called to an emergency to use a Siren/ blue flashing light similar to the emergency services so they can reach the animal in distress more quickly.
Having personally witnessed and experienced the death of a beloved horse due to the delay in a veterinarian getting to the emergency I feel they like all other emergency services should be able to use emergency lights / sirens to allow them quickly access to the animal in distress.
