Fund paid leave for people with high risk conditions during COVID19

What the petition asks
People with respiratory diseases, diabetes, cancer and any other high risk conditions should be kept at home as they are high risk if they contract coronavirus.
The Government must fund this to help protect most vulnerable during pandemic.
