Shut down all non-urgent NHS services for an appropriate amount of time

What the petition asks
We would like Government to be more proactive about protecting its citizens against the possibility of encountering COVID19. Please facilitate non-urgent NHS workers in working from home and close down non-essential NHS structures to the public for those who cannot work from home.
COVID19 is spreading quickly throughout England, as in many countries. Many of us want to keep working and seeing/speaking our patients but feel unsafe doing so. Please set up the appropriate structures within the NHS to facilitate us in working from home and remain healthy (is. by approving NHS-wide secure teleconferencing). Please close non-urgent NHS structures to the public for those who cannot work from home.
Why it was rejected
